In 2026, in addition to dictation, we're focused on building native actions — an agentic framework that understands you, and works reliably. Wispr Flow is looking for a former founder to take ownership of either building new features and product lines for our voice assistant OR rapidly growing our voice dictation product to a billion users.
Requirements
- Former founder excited to build a voice assistant
- Expertise in either engineering or growth
- For engineers: fluency in Typescript, React, and Python
- For engineers: user-focused design intuition and design taste
- For growth experts: rapidly scaled userbases
- For growth experts: creativity in growth hacking
- For growth experts: user-centric mentality
- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of building new features and product lines for our voice assistant
- Rapidly grow our voice dictation product to a billion users
