The Robotic Technician operates a robotic work cell to produce finished goods. This position is responsible for adhering to established production processes to produce quality work that meets customer specifications and for meeting individual production goals. This position is on a an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday. Our available shifts are 2nd shift (2p-10p) and 3rd shift (10p-6a). Starting pay rate is $28.61 - top out pay rate is $32.41. Top out rate is generally reached within one year, based on performance. Essential Functions: Responsible for general knowledge of any / all job-related machinery, equipment, and work instructions. Set up of production equipment according to established specifications, adjusting CNC programming as needed Perform minor maintenance on production equipment Calibration and use of measurement and balancing equipment Utilize production equipment to produce finished goods in accordance with production goals Ensure quality of finished product in accordance with established quality processes and guidelines Utilize forklift to move raw materials and finished goods as needed in the production process Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhere to all safety procedures Other duties as assigned Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law . Requirements

  • Mechanical skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work all jobs within the department
  • 0-1 year in a manufacturing setting

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an automated, CNC, mechanical or production environment preferred
