About The Position

Summit Truck Bodies LLC, a quality manufacturer of custom designed service and lube truck bodies, is expanding its workforce due to increasing sales. If you are a motivated team player who is committed to producing a high-quality product on time and safely, we want you on our team! Summit Truck Bodies is looking for a Robotic Programmer to monitor robots throughout the manufacturing process and ensure quality and function.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with good standing MVR.
• 1 year of experience in robotic programming or related role preferred.
• Excellent creativity, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to utilize a computer with basic software skills.
• Ability to successfully pass a General Abilities Assessment and Post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of experience in robotic programming or related role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Moves robotic controls and guides to adjust robotic cell.
• Program robot pathways and application controls on computer and at robotic cell.
• Engages equipment and observes applications.
• Ability to start robotic cell and observe operation.
• Resolve repetitive quality defects through investigation and corrective action.
• Conduct software updates and calibrations.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on robots.
• Provide corrective action to robot faults.
• Demonstrates responsibility for safety, quality and production.
• Maintain all required records.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
