Job Responsibilities: Description of Responsibilities: Operate and maintain robotic and paint application equipment per control plans, ensuring quality and delivery targets are met. Perform and document required maintenance, calibrations, parameter settings, and robot PMs to ensure optimal equipment performance. Identify, document, and help resolve product, process, or quality issues in compliance with IATF-16949 requirements; verify effectiveness of corrective actions. Perform cross-functional assignments per established procedures, work guidance sheets, TPMs, and quality alerts. Maintain professional radio etiquette. Work overtime as required and perform other duties as assigned. Proficient in using diagnostic and testing equipment, including volt meters, test stands, air cap testers, oscilloscopes, soldering equipment, and welders. Demonstrate strong teamwork and problem-solving skills in a continuous improvement environment. Adhere to all safety policies; work safely at all times, report unsafe conditions, accidents, and near misses promptly, and maintain proper ergonomics. Meet customer and company quality standards; direct non-conforming parts appropriately. Support lean and continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S updates. Meet or exceed daily production goals and accurately record/report production data. Maintain clean and organized work areas; properly store tools and report equipment issues.   • Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
