About The Position

We’re looking for a Robot Lab Manager to keep our humanoid robot lab running
through the night shift. This is a hands-on role — you’ll be responsible for
fault response, minor repairs, and making sure the day team has what they need
to hit the ground running. You will be solely responsible for the robot lab
throughout the night. Your main focus is to keep the robots and our team of
remote teleoperators working to farm data.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a lab, manufacturing, or electromechanical environment.
• Comfortable with hand tools, light mechanical repair, and electrical work.
• Able to read system logs or error output and draw reasonable conclusions.
• Clear, concise written communicator.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with 3D printers is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Respond to robot faults and get stations back online.
• Perform minor mechanical repairs (cables, connectors, diagnosing motor issues, fixture adjustments).
• Reset test environments between sessions.
• Interpret logs and write clear handoff notes for the engineering team.
• Keep the lab stocked and organized.
• Perform inventory management tasks and keep our 3D printer farm running.
• Audit and produce pilot performance reports.
