Requirements

  • 5+ years in manufacturing, hardware service, robotics operations, or production leadership
  • Proven ownership of cycle time, throughput, or production KPIs
  • Experience managing live-floor operations under pressure
  • Strong root cause analysis and structured problem-solving ability
  • Demonstrated ability to remove bottlenecks and improve flow
  • High bias for action and strong operational judgment
  • Clear, direct communicator who drives accountability
  • Comfortable working on the floor daily (not a desk-only role)

Responsibilities

  • Sets day-to-day and week-to-week goals, targets, and priorities for the department
  • Owns overall KPI performance and ensures we're tracking the right metrics
  • Creates and establishes the systems and processes needed to meet goals
  • Makes process changes and improvements to advance the department to the next level
  • Investigates quality issues, identifies root causes, and develops solutions
  • Flags priority changes, risks, and resource needs to meet targets
  • Owns the repair operations overall output
  • Leads weekly Operations Review
