About The Position

Cashiers will operate a register and cash drawer with 100% accuracy, process credit card payments from guests, and reconcile all transactions at end of shift, assist supervisors with inventory, stocking, receiving and distribution, while demonstrating excellent customer service and team-oriented behaviors. S/He will bring an up-beat and positive attitude, flexibility, and creative problem-solving skills to this role, and demonstrate effective leadership in a university campus environment.

Requirements

• Current Mount St. Joseph University student
• Must be available to work shifts during the summer: May - August
• Proficient in MS Office products, internet, computer literate.
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
• Must provide accuracy and have great attention to detail
• Must have a positive attitude, flexibility, and creative problem solving skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs repeatedly, bend frequently, and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Operate a register and cash drawer with 100% accuracy, process credit card payments from guests, and reconcile all transactions at end of shift
• Assist supervisors with inventory, stocking, receiving and distribution
• Assist the e-campus desk with distributing student textbooks/packages
• Must work games on campus and other remote sales events as required by manager.
