Ulteig is seeking a Roadway Design and Safety Manager to lead a high-performing team of civil engineers delivering resilient, safety-focused transportation solutions. This role is based in Denver, Colorado, and will support clients across State DOTs, Counties, and Municipalities. The ideal candidate is a people-centered technical leader who understands that roadway safety and system resilience are inseparable, designing transportation systems that not only meet today’s needs but perform reliably under future demands such as climate stressors, traffic growth, and evolving user expectations.
