A supervisory position that consists of working with and managing track workers on-site to ensure crew safety, productivity and the quality of work performed. This position will manage payroll, employee conflicts, FRA/Company reporting, and rail infrastructure repairs. It will oversee all Federally mandated inspections, mandated employee documentation, and trainings are performed and that the proper remedial action has been taken for any issues found. This position will develop and oversee a preventative maintenance program and the repair of all equipment, track, bridges, cribbing/retaining walls, tunnels, and signal conditions and corrects all issues found that could present a future threat to safe train passage.
