Requirements
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) and/or LPN
- Have experience providing bowel and bladder care and suppository insertion
- Have reliable transportation
- Superior listening, processing, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
Responsibilities
- Provide bowel stimulation to patients and suppository insertion
- Provide ADL’s to clients after completion of bowel and bladder care
- Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to treatment to RN Supervisor
- Investigates and resolves patient/family member concerns regarding patient care
- Ensures the highest quality of care is provided to patients by reviewing documentations
