RN (Part Time/Flex) - PACE
About The Position
Description $5,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. This is a flex nursing role which provides case management, home health and clinic visits in Spokane county. Schedule : 24 hours/week-Weekdays on day shift (no weekends or on call) As a member of the Interdisciplinary Team, the Registered Nurse (RN) participates in the development of an integrated plan of care and provides direct nursing care to our frail elderly participants. The RN's responsibilities including nursing assessments, care planning, interventions, medication administration/management, treatments, nurse delegation and patient teaching. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Requirements
- Education sufficient for licensure
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- 1 year Long term care or geriatric nursing
- 1 year Working with the frail and elderly
