Scope of Work Under the general supervision of a nurse manager, performs diversified clinical duties by providing skilled nursing care to acutely or chronically ill patients in their homes in any of the communities in the home and community services division service area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Equivalent to a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from an NLN-approved school of nursing.
• 3 years of relevant experience acute nursing rehabilitation experience.
• LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required
• Or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Upon Hire required
• CRT-Board Cert Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse (BC-CRN) - ANCC American Nurses Credentialing Center Upon Hire preferred

• comply with the MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and Influenza vaccine requirement if in an on-site or hybrid workplace category
