Key Position Details: This RN role primarily provides telephone triage support for our region and the women’s health service line, supporting six clinics and approximately 33 OB/GYN physicians, APPs, and midwives. The position also provides backup for OB Education as needed and may assist with fetal monitoring (NST) and rooming support during critical staffing periods.” Primary location will be United Women's Health Clinic in St. Paul, however, may need to float to Eagan Women's clinic intermittently FTE 0.8 (64 hours per two week pay period) 8-hour day shift Role includes rotating opening and closing shifts, with hours ranging from 7:00 AM–3:30 PM to 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. No weekends Job Description: Nursing is the diagnosis and treatment of human response to actual or potential health problems. This includes establishing an intentional therapeutic relationship between a registered nurse and a patient and family. As a leader and the integrator of care, the professional nurse has the responsibility, authority, and accountability for planning, coordinating and evaluating the patient’s care needs. Focuses on patients receiving care in a specialized outpatient care setting, playing a critical role in coordination and delegation of care. Individuals in this role will work in an outpatient clinic setting.
