About The Position

Requirements
- Active RN license in NC, in good standing
- Leadership skills with compassion, patience, and empathy
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with physicians, families, staff, and vendors while maintaining professionalism
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care preferred (but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
Benefits
- $15,000.00 Sign-on Bonus
- $10.00/hr. weekend shift differential (on top of base pay!)
- Part-Time Weekend Supervisor role with the option for weekday RN shifts to build into Full-Time
