About The Position
We're seeking an experienced RN - Vent Unit Supervisor for a 13-week contract to start ASAP. This role provides clinical oversight and leadership for a ventilator unit during night shifts in a hospital setting. Details: Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay Rate: $69-$74/hr Schedule: Nights | 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff on the ventilator unit
- Provide direct patient care as needed in a high-acuity environment
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and policies
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
