About The Position
We're seeking an experienced RN - Vent Unit for a 13-week contract to start ASAP. This role provides direct patient care to ventilator-dependent patients during nights in a hospital setting. Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of Vent Unit experience required
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients on ventilator support
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
