About The Position

Description Work Schedule: 100% FTE, 8-hour day shift between the clinic hours of 7:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday. No weekends or holidays. You will be working at 1 S. Park St in Madison, WI. This is a hybrid position with the opportunity to work from home at times, after 6 to 8 months in the role, frequency will vary and dependent on operational needs. We are seeking a motivated Triage Registered Nurse (RN) in Ambulatory Urology to: Provide evidence based, high quality nursing care for adult urology patients via telephone and MyChart. Determine patient care needs by use of the Nursing Process as a framework for assessment and clinical decision making. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team for consistent and positive patient outcomes. Provide education and guidance to patients and families. Establish goals and strategies for meeting care coordination needs across settings with the patient, family, and/or other care providers. Requirements

Graduate of school of nursing Required
Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required
6 months of RN experience Required
