Requirements

  • Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Prior leadership or supervisory nursing experience strongly preferred (Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, or similar)
  • Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience a plus
  • Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and team-building abilities
  • Commitment to resident dignity, respect, and quality of life

Nice To Haves

  • Prior leadership or supervisory nursing experience strongly preferred (Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, or similar)
  • Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor, and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing assistants on your unit
  • Manage individualized care plans and ensure consistent, high-quality resident outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with Ohio nursing regulations, infection control policies, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide resident-centered care
  • Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents and families, offering updates and guidance
  • Promote teamwork, participate in quality improvement efforts, and foster a positive workplace culture
