Requirements
- Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Prior leadership or supervisory nursing experience strongly preferred (Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, or similar)
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience a plus
- Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities
- Commitment to resident dignity, respect, and quality of life
Nice To Haves
- Prior leadership or supervisory nursing experience strongly preferred (Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, or similar)
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing assistants on your unit
- Manage individualized care plans and ensure consistent, high-quality resident outcomes
- Ensure compliance with Ohio nursing regulations, infection control policies, and safety standards
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide resident-centered care
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents and families, offering updates and guidance
- Promote teamwork, participate in quality improvement efforts, and foster a positive workplace culture
