In this role, you will oversee daily nursing operations, support staff development, and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements. Requirements

  • Current Ohio RN license
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in long-term care or healthcare setting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during assigned shifts
  • Ensure quality care and adherence to clinical standards
  • Respond to resident needs and resolve concerns promptly
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary teams
