Dulles Health & Rehab Center, in Herndon,VA, has an opportunity for a dynamic RN Unit Manager to join our team of caring compassionate caregivers. You will: Coordinate, manage and evaluate resident care and unit operations Help lead our nursing team to provide exceptional care
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing in VA
- Exceptional leadership, clinical and customer service skills
- Strong commitment to resident centered care and innovative care delivery
- Ability to motivate, build caring relationships, and communicate effectively
- CPR Certification
- A caring heart with a strong desire to make a difference in our patients’ lives
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Long Term Care preferred
