About The Position

The network offers advanced emergency services, robotic-assisted surgery with Da Vinci XI and ExcelsiusGPS systems, neurosurgery and spine care, women’s health and maternity services, AI-enhanced imaging and diagnostics, and coordinated outpatient and specialty care across its four hospitals: Secaucus University Hospital, Bayonne University Hospital, Hoboken University Hospital, and The Heights University Hospital (Jersey City). The Registered Nurse (RN) in this role is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the delivery of patient care. The professional nurse also assumes responsibility and accountability for delegating patient care to other members of the healthcare team, which may involve coordinating services with rehabilitation staff to help maximize the patient’s independence and facilitate their return to their prior residence.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Nursing required
  • Valid NJ RN License required
  • BLS -AHA (required)
  • 0-1 relevant work experience required
  • Influenza Vaccinations are a requirement for employment. If not currently vaccinated, vaccination is required prior to hire date during influenza season, unless an approved medical exemption is received.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience (preferred)

Responsibilities
