The Registered Nurse (RN) in this role is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care delivery. The professional nurse also assumes responsibility and accountability for delegating patient care to other healthcare team members, which may involve coordinating services with rehabilitation staff to help patients maximize independence and return to their prior residence.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Nursing required
  • Valid NJ RN License required
  • BLS -AHA (required)
  • 0-1 relevant work experience required
  • Influenza Vaccinations are a requirement for employment. If you are not currently vaccinated you will be required to receive the vaccination prior to hire date, during the influenza season, if you are offered employment, unless you request and receive an approved medical exemption.

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of care
  • Assuming the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team
