The RN Team Supervisor functions as the clinical leader of an assigned care team and is accountable for nursing care delivery, delegation, and outcomes for an assigned patient population. The RN practices to the full extent of licensure, provides clinical supervision to assigned clinical assistants (LPN/Medical Assistant), Medical Assistants and leads team-based care focused on quality, access, and population health outcomes. This role is not task-based; it is assessment-, judgment-, and leadership-driven.
