Edenbrook Yeadon , a well-established and a trusted provider in the skilled nursing space, and a proud member of Eden East, is currently seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to join our exceptional team. Position: RN Supervisor As the RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. Shift schedule: 7am - 7pm every Sat and Sun and 7pm - 7am every Sat and Sun
Requirements
- Active nursing licensure is required.
- Degree from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with state Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare, and Medicaid.
- Proficiency in using desktop/notebook computers, Microsoft Office products, and various medical equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with PCC (Point Click Care) is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement nursing services, objectives, policies, and procedures in accordance with federal and state regulations, as well as local standards and guidelines.
- Design, implement, and evaluate nursing systems that ensure consistent care delivery while maintaining and promoting resident rights.
- Conduct nursing rounds on all units multiple times daily, including at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Ensure residents are protected from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect.
- Collaborate as a key member of the facility's interdisciplinary management team in planning, policy formation, and administrative decision-making, with a focus on nursing services.
