RN Supervisor -10K Sign-On (3rd Shift M-F)
About The Position
White Oak Manor Spartanburg is seeking a dynamic and motivated RN Supervisor for a full-time, night shift position, Monday through Friday, with no weekends. The role involves assessing resident care needs, implementing appropriate actions, ensuring high-quality nursing care in a 60-bed skilled nursing & rehab facility, and upholding nursing policies and procedures. The supervisor will also lead, support, and guide nursing staff to deliver exceptional care, fostering teamwork, engagement, and a positive culture. The position offers a supportive environment with experienced RNs, LPNs, CNAs, dedicated corporate nursing consultants, and empowering leadership.
Requirements
- Current, active RN license (in good standing)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Flexible, innovative, and solutions-driven
- Strong in leadership, communication, and critical thinking
- Organized with excellent customer service skills
- Able to collaborate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff

- Long-term care and/or supervisory experience
