Requirements

Current unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of Maine
Knowledge of skilled and long-term care nursing regulations
Ability to understand and respond to residents’ needs and inquiries in English is required.
Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required.
Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

Provide clinical and administrative supervision of nursing staff during the evening shift
Ensure high standards of resident care, safety, and regulatory compliance
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing team members
