Requirements
- Current unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of Maine
- Knowledge of skilled and long-term care nursing regulations
- Ability to understand and respond to residents’ needs and inquiries in English is required.
- Basic computer skills
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision of nursing staff during the evening shift
- Ensure high standards of resident care, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing team members
