About The Position
This is an exciting time to join our team! At White Oak Spartanburg, you’ll be supported by a strong team of experienced RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, dedicated corporate nursing consultants invested in your success, and leadership that supports, mentors, and empowers. You won’t be doing this alone — you’ll be leading with a team that has your back. As RN Supervisor, you will assess resident care needs and implement appropriate actions, ensure high-quality nursing care across our 60-bed skilled nursing & rehab facility, implement and uphold nursing policies and procedures, lead, support, and guide nursing staff to deliver exceptional care, and foster teamwork, engagement, and a positive culture.
Requirements
- Flexible, innovative, and solutions-driven
- Strong in leadership, communication, and critical thinking
- Organized with excellent customer service skills
- Able to collaborate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff
- Current, active RN license (in good standing)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care and/or supervisory experience
