About The Position

RN Supervisor Weekend Warrior Rate: $36.00/hour to $40.00/hour (depending on experience) Shift: Part-Time, Weekends Key Responsibilities: Leadership : Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of resident care. Care Oversight : Monitor resident care plans, medication administration, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Team Collaboration : Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being and facility goals. Problem Solving : Address and resolve clinical and staffing concerns promptly and effectively. Documentation : Maintain accurate records and oversee compliance with documentation standards. Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in NYS. Prior leadership or supervisory experience in skilled nursing or long-term care (preferred). Requirements
