Requirements

• Active LPN
• Leadership skills with a compassionate, team-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A true passion for senior care

Nice To Haves

• Previous long-term care or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide LPN and CNA staff on your unit
• Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
• Provide hands-on care and assist with treatments as needed
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Lead by example, promote teamwork, and foster a positive work environment
• Support the RN Supervisor and Director of Nursing in overall clinical operations
