POSITION SUMMARY The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing clinical operations within the Assisted Living and Memory Support community, ensuring compliance with Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) Assisted Living Type B regulations . This role provides direct supervision of care staff, executes and monitors RN delegation , ensures safe medication management practices, and supports high-quality resident-centered care. The RN Supervisor works under the direction of the Director of Assisted Living/Memory Support and serves as a clinical leader, educator, and regulatory resource for the department.

Requirements

Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in: Assisted Living (Type B) Memory Care Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing.
