How This Position Contributes to Our Mission Deliver compassionate nursing care to children with complex medical needs, ensuring their health, safety, and comfort. Lead care planning by assessing, planning, and evaluating individualized treatment approaches. Provide tracheostomy and ventilator care, with training available for those new to this area. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Foster a nurturing, trauma-informed environment that supports healing and emotional well-being. Educate residents and families on managing medical conditions to promote long-term health outcomes.
