About The Position

Macomb Post Acute Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their clinical team in a full-time, part-time, or PRN capacity. This role is designed for nurses who value autonomy in clinical decision-making within a supportive skilled nursing environment. The nursing team plays a critical role in delivering individualized care plans, coordinating with interdisciplinary staff, and ensuring residents receive consistent, high-quality care throughout their stay.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Illinois
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee daily nursing care for residents in a post-acute setting
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support care planning and outcomes
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriately
• Provide guidance and support to CNA staff on assigned unit
