What You’ll Do As an RN, you’ll provide nursing services across crisis, residential, and outpatient medication clinic settings, supporting individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges. You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to support recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care. You will administer medication and medical treatments as prescribed by the providers while also supporting medication management for our residential clients. You will help educate and train staff on medication best practices while offering psychosocial support and education to clients and their families. Why Join Us? Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Indiana or compact license.
  • Ability to understand all Federal, State, and Local regulations that are applicable to the practice of Nursing.
  • Has or be willing to obtain CPR Certification.
  • Has or be willing to obtain Crisis Prevention & Intervention Certification.
  • Must be able to hear, see, speak and be ambulatory for observation and communication regarding client care.
  • Able to work variable work hours to accommodate specific staffing needs.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in behavioral health, primary care, or outpatient settings.
