About The Position

The RN - Spine Program Coordinator is responsible for the development,
coordination, and oversight of clinical and specialty program accreditation,
performance, compliance, and reporting. This role ensures continuity of care
across the patient journey, from ambulatory clinic visit to surgery through
post-acute care, while promoting evidence-based practices and program
objectives. The coordinator collaborates with multidisciplinary teams,
physicians, and external stakeholders to improve access, quality, patient
outcomes, and experience.
