About The Position
Work Schedule: 100% FTE salaried position. The scheduled shifts are Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Hours are based off the operational needs of the department. We are seeking an RN Senior Liver Transplant Coordinator to: Collaborate with world-renowned transplant experts in a program known globally for research, innovation, and excellence in patient outcomes. Guide patients through one of the most important journeys of their lives. Use your critical thinking and clinical judgment daily , delivering personalized education and support across the continuum of care. Facilitate building lasting relationships with patients and families. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required
- 5 years as a transplant coordinator
- Registration as a professional nurse in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
- ABTC certification as Clinical Transplant Coordinator Upon Hire Required
