Requirements

  • A current RN license in good standing
  • A passion for elderly care
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
  • Graduate of a state approved school of Nursing
  • Current and active RN license in the state of residence
  • Must be in good physical and mental health and must be kind, considerate, understanding and enjoy working with elderly people
  • Must possess skills necessary for acting as charge nurse or Supervisor on a given unit, when assigned
  • Must be able to work well with all levels of personnel

Responsibilities
