Care is provided to these residents via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/instrumentation, and other health care team members. The RN will be competent to provide resident care according to the specific needs of the population as defined in the unit-specific addendum. Salary Range: $32.50/hr. - $51.10/hr. hourly rate is based on years of experience and equity within the department. Certified Nursing Assistant: Certified Nursing Assistants performs specific tasks supportive to delivery of resident care in a long term care environment that meets or exceeds state, federal and facility expectations under the direction of a licensed nurse. Salary Range: $19.00/hr. - $27.00/hr, hourly rate is based on years of experience and equity within the department. Requirements
- Active Florida RN License or a Multistate license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program
- Must have a clear background check & AHCA Level 2 screening as well as pass a drug screening
- Active Florida CNA License

- Require the ability to be flexible with work assignments
Responsibilities
