- Ability to understand and follow both written and oral instructions
- Amiable personality with a willing, cooperative, and team-oriented attitude
- Courteous demeanor and sound judgment when interacting with residents, visitors, and staff
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in housekeeping, linen services, or environmental services preferred
- HS EQ: High School Diploma, GED or Certificate
Responsibilities
- Clean and service patient rooms, facility units, and office spaces following established procedures
- Operate and move a variety of electrical and battery-powered cleaning equipment
- Manage linen: receive, deliver, load/unload washers and dryers, fold/sort, and stock clean linen
- Handle personal laundry services for residents, ensuring care and accuracy
