As an RN Resident Care Manager , you'll have the autonomy to guide a small, tight-knit team, collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing, and ensure that each medically fragile resident receives dignified, high-quality care. Job Summary As a resgistered nurse, Resident Care Manager at one of our Alliance Nursing Adult Family Homes, you'll lead a small, close-knit care team to ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate, and clinically sound care. In this role, you'll fulfill the legal responsibilities of the Resident Manager while providing day-to-day leadership and oversight of care operations. You'll serve as a trusted resource and mentor for your staff and play a key role in maintaining compliance, continuity, and excellence.
