Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36 Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for our Orthopedic Clinic, specifically with the Trauma Team subspecialty. This is your opportunity to work day shift in a position that provides great variety while doing the work you love in the beautiful Coulee region. What you will do: Fulfill 72 hours every two weeks = 0.9 FTE Work 8-hour day shifts between 0730-1630; no weekends, holidays, or call obligation Provide care at our La Crosse location, 2nd floor of the Main Clinic RNs in the Orthopedic Clinic perform phone triage and patient education, manage EPIC in-basket and MyChart messages, assist with pre-op and post-op appointments, perform wound care, suture removal, and more Collaborate with a team of 3 surgeons, 6 PAs, and a group of RNs and MAs who have a lot of longevity and love what they do! Provide cross-coverage for the other Orthopedic subspecialties, including the hand, pediatrics, shoulder, the total joint teams Emplify Health is comprised of two of the Midwest’s most respected healthcare systems, Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System. Requirements

  • Minimum of Associate Degree in Nursing
  • RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin upon hire
  • Minimum of 1 year RN experience
  • Flexibility, hard worker, great communicator, and collaborator are qualities this team is looking for!
