About the Role: We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse to join our IV Team at St. Joseph's Hospital - South. In this role, you'll deliver specialized IV therapy with skill and confidence, supporting patient care across various units. If you have PICC line, ultrasound guided IV, or outpatient infusion experience, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do: Provide independent, evidence-based care using the nursing process and clinical standards Perform advanced vascular access procedures including PICC placement, antibiotic/iron infusions, and ultrasound IVs Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care Serve as a flexible resource, stepping in to support your department when needed Why BayCare? Requirements

  • 2 years of acute care or specialty experience in PICC line placement, outpatient infusion, or ultrasound-guided IVs
  • Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing
  • RN License - State of Florida
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
