Requirements
- Active RN license in the practicing state.
- Experience in risk management, quality management, or accreditation preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- BLS required; specialty risk management certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks within the healthcare setting.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct audits, investigate incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
- Educate staff on risk management practices and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
