About The Position
The role of the Clinical Performance Coordinator encompasses development, coordination, education and implementation of Core Measure Performance Indicators, The Joint Commission Patient Safety Goals and organization/coordination of the MPEC Program.
Requirements
- Current California Registered Nursing license
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card
- Two years of recent acute hospital experience (within a telemetry or critical care setting preferred)
- Proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing
- Able to manage/prioritize/complete multiple assignments and other duties as assigned to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Able to accept flexible job assignments as conditions change
- Must be able to perform the essential physical job requirements
