As a PRN RN Program Coordinator V NE - Talent Acquisition, you’ll play a vital role in reinforcing Cleveland Clinic’s leader behaviors—leading change, driving results, inspiring & coaching, and connecting teams—while contributing to a culture of mentorship, continuous learning, and service to our mission. A caregiver in this position works varying hours in a PRN (as needed) capacity. In this role, a caregiver will be: Supporting recruitment managers, lead recruiters, client and candidate recruiters, nurse managers, nurse clinical faculty, RN students, new grad RNs, and early career RNs. Providing mentorship, leadership development, and recruitment excellence. Coaching and driving results to key recruitment business needs.

Requirements

  • Registered nurse with strong clinical background.
  • Current valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
  • Six years clinical nurse experience.
  • One year supervisory experience.
  • Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patient, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination.
  • Requires frequent standing and walking.
  • Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
  • Works under stressful conditions and requires irregular hours.
  • Exposure to communicable diseases and/or body fluids.
  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems.
  • Previous Cleveland Clinic work experience highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Completes and evaluates nursing care practices, reports deficiencies and takes corrective action as appropriate.
  • Identifies staff education needs.
  • Provides input and assists with instruction programs.
  • Plans and conducts special projects as assigned.
  • Completes daily activities.
  • Completes scheduling, assignments, performance evaluations and corrective actions when necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.
