As a Perioperative RN on the Wellstar Enterprise Support Team (WEST), you will float across multiple Wellstar hospitals and Periop units based on where your skills are needed most. Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or compact state) required.
- (BLS) from AHA required.
- (ACLS) required.
- (PALS) required
- Minimum 2+ years of recent perioperative nursing experience required.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills.
- A flexible, positive attitude and passion for patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Float to perioperative units across Wellstar hospitals based on need and your skill mix.
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate, evidence-based care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support excellent patient outcomes.
- Adapt quickly and provide support in a variety of settings.
