Plus, you will engage with patients and families to create customized goals that get results. Create Meaningful Change: Develop and implement fun, interactive treatment plans that inspire progress! You will revisit and refine goals to ensure patients are always supported, educated, and empowered. Every small win adds up to BIG results! Stay on Track: Keep everything running smoothly by maintaining clear, organized documentation. Your notes will ensure that each session is as impactful as the last—and you will ensure compliance with all departmental guidelines. Requirements

  • Education: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (from an accredited program) required.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Experience: 2+ years as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a hospital setting required.
  • Skills: Effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills—plus a passion for making every moment count!
