About The Position
The fellowship program provides a structured, evidence-based, synergistic program to support RN transition to the specialty area of perioperative nursing. RN Fellows are nurses who want to transition to a new specialty nursing practice. Advance your skills during this immersive orientation experience with classroom lessons and clinical experience. The curriculum is supported by AORN practices with the goal of providing a structured program designed to facilitate orientation of RNs to new practice settings. Orientees are trained to both the circulator and scrub roles
Requirements
- Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
- RN License
- BLS required
