About The Position

This is a per diem/on call position supporting our Cully site. The Community Care RN provides and supervises professional, independent nursing care for Providence patients. Care is based in the nursing process and is consistent with the Oregon Nurse Practice Act. Applies knowledge of assessing, planning, ordering, giving, delegating, teaching and supervising professional nursing care delivery that promotes patients' optimal health and independence. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Requirements

• Relevant training applicable to the position, as specified by the Nurse Manager.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Within 30 days of hire)

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• 1 year of Home health RN experience.
