FTE: 1.0 Shift: Days Schedule: 12-hour shifts with one 4-hour flex time Position Summary The RN Clinic Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of nursing and clinic staff in all assigned clinical settings as well as coordination of clinic activities so as to ensure that patient care services are delivered in a manner that is effective for the patients, providers, and staff in the clinics. This is a professional level position requiring organization and interpretation of information relating to a wide variety of policies and programs. Work situations are frequently non-routine requiring a broad vision of the future of the health care industry; sensitivity to the values and expectations of medical staff, management, employees, patients, investors, and community constituencies, complex data analysis, and the use of discretion and good judgment in decision making.

Requirements

  • BSN required
  • Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
  • Current BLS Certification required
  • Prior experience working as a staff nurse within a related clinical setting required
  • Three (3) years of experience in professional or technical role/function
  • Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a supervisory or lead capacity

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
  • RN Certification preferred
